All repairs done in-store at FixMyPC or through our Mail-In repair services are backed by our exclusive and comprehensive 90-day warranty. This warranty provides coverage for malfunctions or issues with the Screen/LCD and any other repaired or replaced parts that do not function as intended or designed. However, please note that it does not protect against accidental or purposeful drops, such as breaking or cracking the LCD or Digitizer glass, tampering with internal hardware, damage resulting from attempted customer repair, unlocked or jailbroken devices, new damages unrelated to the original repair, or water damage. Additionally, our warranty does not cover certain pre-existing conditions, including water damage, jailbroken or unlocked devices, and tampering with internal hardware.

Your phone will be returned to you, and you will only be charged the diagnostics fee of 15 euros. It's important to note that insurance companies typically do not provide coverage for the full value of damaged phones, as the worth of a damaged phone is often reduced to its scrap value.
