Repair times vary depending on the console model, the fault identified and the availability of replacement parts. Once we've completed the diagnosis, we'll provide an estimated repair timeframe before any work begins.

Do you repair HDMI ports and disc drive issues?

Yes. We repair common hardware faults, including damaged HDMI ports, faulty disc drives, overheating issues, power faults and storage-related problems. Our technicians will assess the console and recommend the most suitable repair solution.

Yes. If you can't visit our repair centre, you can use our Send by Post repair service. Simply book your repair online, securely package your console and send it to us. Once the repair is complete, we'll return it using our tracked and insured delivery service.

Do you offer a warranty on game console repairs?

Yes. Eligible game console repairs carried out by FixMyPC include a warranty covering the repair performed. The applicable warranty will be explained before your repair is completed.
