When you return your device to us, a trained technician will diagnose the issue(s) it has and will immediately begin repairing/replacing what needs to be. Once it has been repaired we will return the device back to you in a fully insured package.
To book a repair, simply fill out our online form, follow the instructions, and then print the booking confirmaiton. Ensure your device is securely packaged and send it to the address provided in the confirmation.
Upon receipt, our certified-technicans will proceed to diagnose your device and confirm the repair cost. With your approval, we will proceed with the repair and then securely post the device back to you.
