Yes. If you can't visit our repair centre, you can use our Send by Post service. Securely package your storage device and send it to us for assessment. Once the recovery process is complete, we'll safely return your device and recovered data.
Stop using the affected device immediately. Continuing to use it may overwrite recoverable data and reduce the chances of a successful recovery. Contact FixMyPC as soon as possible so we can assess the device and recommend the best course of action.
