Warranty Policy Overview:

FIXMYPC LIMITED offers a range of repair services and the sale of new, certified refurbished goods. We are dedicated to providing quality products and services and offer warranties to ensure customer satisfaction and product reliability.

1. Warranty Period:

  • Workmanship Warranty: All repair services by FIXMYPC LIMITED come with a one (1) to three (3) month warranty against defects in workmanship, commencing from the date the repaired device is returned to the customer.

  • Parts Warranty: Replacement parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty under their specific terms and duration.

2. Certified Refurbished Goods Warranty:

  • Certified refurbished goods sold by FIXMYPC LIMITED are covered by a limited warranty. The duration of the warranty and specific coverage details will be provided at the time of purchase.

  • Battery Exclusion: Please note, batteries in certified refurbished goods are not covered under our warranty.

3. General Warranty Exclusions:

  • Our warranties do not cover faults or damages resulting from physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, or any alterations made by the customer after the sale or repair service.

4. Faulty Goods:

  • In the unfortunate event that a product sold by FIXMYPC LIMITED is found to be faulty, we will initially attempt to repair the item. If a repair cannot be rendered, we will provide a replacement for the faulty goods.

  • Refunds: We do not issue cash refunds; instead, we offer store credit for the returned goods. The issuance of store credit is subject to manager’s approval and will be provided as per store policy.

5. New Items Warranty:

  • Newly sold items carry warranties and guarantees provided directly by the manufacturer. Should a warranty claim be necessary for new merchandise, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the manufacturer.

  • FIXMYPC LIMITED will supply all supporting documents required to facilitate your claim with the manufacturer.

  • Limitation of Liability: FIXMYPC LIMITED, nor any of its staff, can be held liable for any loss, damage, or issues arising from the malfunction of products sold.

6. Remedies:

  • FIXMYPC LIMITED’s entire responsibility under this warranty shall be limited to repair, replacement, or store credit, as outlined above.

7. Claim Process:

  • For warranty services, please reach out to our shop location or contact information provided on your receipt. Proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue will be required as part of the claim process.
