Welcome to FIXMYPC LIMITED. The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our obligations to you and yours to us when you engage our services. By booking a service with us, you are agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms alongside our Privacy Policy.

General Policies

  • No Credit Policy: We kindly ask our customers not to request credit for our services. We practice a strict no-credit policy and wish to avoid any potential disagreements or discomfort that may arise from a refusal.

  • Three Months Warranty: We stand behind the quality of our repair work with a three-month warranty. This warranty period ensures that any repairs we have performed are covered against defects in workmanship.

  • Repair Deposit: When you book a device for repair, we charge a nominal deposit. This deposit is for securing the technician’s time dedicated to diagnosing your device’s issue. Upon completion of the repair, this deposit will be credited towards the final cost of the repair.

  • Non-refundable Deposit: In instances where a device is assessed to be beyond economical repair, we regret to inform you that the repair deposit is non-refundable. This policy is in place to cover the diagnostic efforts of our technicians.

  • Rapid Service Commitment: Recognizing the urgency that comes with a broken device, we pledge to expedite the repair process as much as possible. Your patience and calm during this time are greatly appreciated.

  • Policy on Refunds: All refunds for returned products are issued as store credit. This credit is applicable towards future repairs or the purchase of goods. Please note, we do not offer cash refunds under any circumstance.

  • Warranty Claims for Faulty Items: To exercise a warranty claim for a faulty electronic item, a valid purchase receipt is required. Without a receipt, we are unable to process exchanges.

  • Manufacturer Warranty on Replacement Parts: All replacement parts used in repairs come with their respective manufacturer’s warranty. Should an issue arise with any replacement part, we will provide you with the necessary contact details to pursue a fault or replacement part request directly with the manufacturer.

  • Lost, Stolen, or Fraudulently Claimed Devices: We strictly prohibit the servicing of devices involved in loss, theft, or insurance fraud. Should it come to our notice that a device falls under these categories, we will inform the authorities and reserve the right to retain the device.

  • Liquid Damage Policy: Devices suffering from liquid damage are eligible for a three-month warranty limited to the repair of the initial fault. We cannot offer refunds but will make every attempt to restore the device to working order under the same fault.

  • Coverage Limitation of Warranty: Our warranty covers only the specific faults addressed and repaired by our service. Any new or subsequent faults will necessitate a separate assessment and repair quote.

  • Data Backup Responsibility: Our team, inclusive of FIXMYPC LIMITED, its staff, associates, or suppliers, cannot be held liable for any data loss that may occur during the repair process. It’s crucial for customers to back up their data before submitting a device for repair. While we strive to protect your data, the responsibility ultimately lies with you.

  • Unclaimed Devices: Devices left uncollected for over 30 days post-repair are subject to secure data and hardware destruction. We retain the right to dispose of, recycle, or sell any such unclaimed devices after this period.

  • Prior Repair Disclosure: Should your device have been previously serviced by another repair centre, we request disclosure at the booking to streamline our diagnostic process. Non-disclosure of this information may result in repair suspension and charges for the time already invested.

  • Respectful Interaction: Our staff is here to help, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of verbal or physical abuse. Respectful communication is paramount.

  • Anti-shoplifting Measures: Shoplifting carries severe consequences, including legal action and social media exposure. We urge all customers to respect our goods and services.
