Peace of Mind Guarantee:

Should you have second thoughts or any concerns regarding your purchase, we offer a 14-day peace of mind return period. It’s important to note that returns under this category are only accepted if the product remains unopened, unused, and is accompanied by all original packaging and a valid purchase receipt. Additionally, for all change of mind returns, we provide store credit rather than cash refunds and a 10% restocking fee will be applied.

Returns for Faulty Devices:

In the event that you encounter a fault with your device, please reach out to us within the 14-day period. Our primary approach will be to repair the device. If the device cannot be repaired, we will then proceed to issue a replacement. This process aims to ensure that you receive a fully functioning product as promptly as possible.

Return Conditions for Faulty or Change of Mind:

  • Change of Mind: Products can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, with all original packaging intact. A 10% restocking fee is applicable, and customers will be issued store credit for the balance.
  • Faulty Devices: We will attempt to repair the device initially. If the device cannot be repaired, a replacement will be provided.
  • No Cash Refunds: Please note that for any returns, whether for change of mind or faulty products, we will issue store credit instead of cash refunds.

Steps to Initiate a Return:

  1. Get in touch with our customer service team by email kilcock@fixmypc.ie within 14 days of your purchase to start the return process.
  2. Provide your proof of purchase and explain the nature of your return—whether it’s a change of mind or a faulty product.
  3. Follow the guidance provided by our team for securely packaging and returning your product. (Note: Return shipping costs for change of mind returns will be the responsibility of the customer.)
  4. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your store credit or replacement as applicable.

Please Be Aware:

  • This return policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from FIXMYPC LIMITED.
  • Products that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, or modifications are not eligible for return.
