FAST SECURE DELIVERY. We will post your device using a secure, insured postal service.
NO EXTRA COST. Diagnostics charge will be adjusted in the final repair cost.

Liquid Damaged Devices

DO NOT USE. Don’t plug your device into any power source - it may cause more damage.
RICE IS FOR CURRY! Burying your device overnight will not fix it - smaller rice partcles may get stuck in your device making the repair more difficult

Free Device Evaluation

Use this page to book an assessment for your device if you’re unsure what’s wrong with it or if it can be fixed. Send us your device, and we’ll check it and let you know how much the repair will cost before we start fixing it. There is a fee for returning the device, which you must pay when you book, €15-35 (depending on the device type/ weight). Make sure to pack your device securely, just like you would want to receive it!

What Device’s qualify for a FREE Evaluation

This service covers all the repairs we offer on our site. If you can’t find what you’re looking for, then unfortunately, we don’t repair it and this service isn’t the right fit for you.

What is the difference between - DEVICE ASSESMENT & LIQUID DAMAGE ASSESMENT?

The key difference between a “Device Assessment” and a “Liquid Damage Assessment” lies in the nature of the fault that needs addressing.

A “Device Assessment” is intended for devices that are experiencing issues unrelated to liquid damage. This might include problems with software, hardware malfunctions other than those caused by liquid, or unknown issues that need diagnostic services to identify.

On the other hand, a “Liquid Damage Assessment” is specifically designed for devices that have been exposed to or damaged by liquids. The reason we charge for the liquid damage service is due to the complexity of diagnosing and treating such faults. Liquid damage can affect a device in numerous intricate ways, requiring initial cleaning and meticulous testing to accurately assess and repair the damage.

All our repairs, regardless of the type, are performed locally in our repair center by certified technicians. This ensures that your device is handled with utmost care and expertise, whether it’s suffering from liquid damage or any other fault.
